1. About Xtr4ct

Xtr4ct is a business software platform provided by 533d Consulting that assists construction businesses with document processing, invoice management, cost visibility, quoting, contracting and related workflow functions.

2. Who may use the service

Access to Xtr4ct is provided to organisations and their authorised users. Customers are responsible for ensuring that access is granted only to individuals who are authorised to use the service on their behalf.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for reviewing and verifying information processed or generated by Xtr4ct before relying on it for financial, contractual, accounting or business decisions.

4. Authorised users

Users must protect their login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Customers manage who is authorised to act on their behalf.

5. Subscription and service access

Service access and available features depend on the arrangements agreed with the customer. Customer provisioning is managed by the Xtr4ct team.

6. Data and documents

Customers retain ownership of the business data and documents they provide to Xtr4ct, subject to the rights required for 533d Consulting to host, process and operate the service.

7. Accounting integrations

Where a customer connects a third-party accounting service, Xtr4ct may exchange authorised business data with that service in accordance with the permissions granted by the customer. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability and privacy practices.

8. AI-assisted processing

Xtr4ct may use automated and artificial-intelligence-assisted processing to extract, classify, translate, match or summarise information. Such outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed where appropriate before being relied upon.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use Xtr4ct unlawfully, upload material you are not entitled to provide, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

10. Confidentiality

Each party should protect confidential information received through the service and use it only for the agreed business purposes. 533d Consulting uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Intellectual property

533d Consulting and its licensors retain rights in the Xtr4ct software and service. Customers retain rights in their own data and documents.

12. Third-party services

Connected services are subject to their own terms and permissions. Customers should review those terms before enabling a connection.

13. Service availability

Xtr4ct may depend on third-party cloud, accounting, artificial intelligence and communications services. Temporary interruptions may occur.

14. Fees and payment

Fees, payment arrangements and subscription periods are agreed separately with the customer.

15. Termination

Access may end in accordance with the customer agreement. Customers should arrange any required export of their information before access ends.

16. Liability and disclaimers

Xtr4ct supports business workflows and does not replace professional advice or customer review. Any applicable rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

18. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Where a material change requires renewed acceptance, users may be asked to acknowledge the updated Terms before continuing to use the service.
